    *Add Annual Upgrade Protection & Support Protection Subscription (UPSP)

  • With the remote database installed, it enables them to enter new client data off-line on demographic and information modules including new billable activities on the Activity Log module and notes on Case Notes module and the added ability to modify, complete or add tasks on the ToDo Module / Calendar.
     

  • When the "remote" user comes into the office or goes online to connect to the network server (via VPN - Virtual Private Network connectivity from the field) they simply click a button to “synchronize" all new data into the Master file to update all client data they entered and activities for end of month billing or statements. 

NOTE: New client case records must first be created on the Master Database.  Generating Invoices and posting of payments must also be be accessed from the Master Database.  These new entries will "sync" to the next new Remote Database created.
